According to Whit, you have a version mismatch somewhere, using the wrong
version of "filter". Hope this helps you hunt it down, I don't know more
about the problem myself.

Now, I did trace back and the filter Product is installed, and there is
a class called MacroSubstitutionFilter.
What's going on here?
