Just curious, but why do you want to move from Debian to Windows?
We use Debian, and while there are problems with the pre-built packages,
we have found when we build our own Zope, as described in the HOWTO on
plone.org, its a very nice system to use. Moving to Windows would seem a
backward step to me.....
