Hm, line 310 in Plone 2.1 says zLOG.PROBLEM, however line 310 in Plone 2.5 says logging.ERROR. This looks like you did not restart Zope after updating the products, or you did not replace all products/ files. The recommended way to upgrade is to create a brand new 2.5 instance and copy over Data.fs, BTW.
