So I select "Plone Site" on the scrolling list and "Add"
Then I set the three field (Id, Title and Description) with the same

After clicking on Add Plone Site, I have the message below.

FYI, I have installed Plone 2.1.2 from the Windows Installer (with
Python and Zope included), on a Win XP Machine.
I use a Firefox Browser (1.5.0.3)

Well, as usual, help yourself and sky will help you ...
In fact, I have succeed in creating a new plone site when directly
connect to the zope management page.
So, either I have missed something in the documentation (and please
could someone where I should have read that info ?),
or could there be something like a bug ?
