I tried to access localhost but it can't be displayed.. also http://localhost:8080/manage..
I have installed plone package that contains zope and python..

You'll need to provide a bit more that the above if you want assistance.
Platform, versions of Plone and Zope, URL you're trying to access, and
changes you made to zope.conf would be a good start.
