Avoiding WinZip is mentioned explicitly in the install instructions — and
has been made very prominent in the 3.0 install notes.

Using WinZip to unpack the tarball is not a good idea. At a minimum you
will
end up with the following 6 files upon extraction:
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_filterBreadCrumbs.p
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_insertHistory.p
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_queryCatalog.p
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_startupDirectory.p
CMFPlacefulWorkflow\skins\CMFPlacefulWorkflow\placeful_workflow_configuration_add.p
CMFPlacefulWorkflow\skins\CMFPlacefulWorkflow\placeful_workflow_configuration_set.p
Note that there is a small matter of a missing 'y' at the end of the file
extension.
Here's the harm it caused me:
Module Products.PageTemplates.TALES, line 221, in evaluate
- URL:
file:ATReferenceBrowserWidget/skins/ATReferenceBrowserWidget/referencebrowser.pt
- Line 209, Column 10
- Expression: <PythonExpr here.referencebrowser_startupDirectory
(widget.startup_directory)>
- Names:
{'container': <PloneSite at /CMS>,
...
'user': <PropertiedUser 'admin'>}
Module Products.PageTemplates.ZRPythonExpr, line 47, in __call__
- __traceback_info__: here.referencebrowser_startupDirectory
(widget.startup_directory)
Module Python expression "here.referencebrowser_startupDirectory
(widget.startup_directory)", line 1, in <expression>
Module AccessControl.ImplPython, line 692, in guarded_getattr
AttributeError: referencebrowser_startupDirectory
Using WinRAR recognizes and unpacks them all as the *.py files they
should
be and then everything is as good as gold.

Patrick Smith
