default install from the unified installer.

Skinned with Pyboom

After installing PloneFormGen 1.1.3 and pre-req's ( PythonField, TALESField
and TemplateFields ) in Zope

hi,
this error can be the result of an missing module on startup
(as a consequence five could not be installed).
please start zope in debug mode and have a look at the output for
an import-error..
