This is an odd one. The error that's stopping the install is:

You need to figure out what's up with ownership and permission-wise with the /Library/Receipts/ folder (or possibly with the file /Library/Receipts/pythonZopePloneBase.pkg, if it already exists). For a production-mode install, the admin group needs to be able to write in that directory.
