Now the installation was easy and everything seem to be alright like you can see below : __________________________ Installed Plone standard content Finished adding Plone site ##################################################################### ###################### Installation Complete ###################### Plone successfully installed at /usr/local/Plone See /usr/local/Plone/zinstance/README.txt for startup instructions Use the account information below to log into the Zope Management Interface The account has full 'Manager' privileges. Username: admin Password: oxMTNKPu This account is created when the object database is initialized. If you change the password later, you'll need to use the new password. Ask for help on plone-users list or #plone Submit feedback and report errors at http://dev.plone.org/plone . For install problems, specify component "Installer (Unified)." [trixbox1.localdomain Plone-3.1.7ex]# sudo /usr/local/Plone/zinstance/bin/plonectl start instance: . daemon process started, pid=20631 _____________________________________ I modified the buildout.cfg file to access the Plone site by the port 8888: ############################################ # Ports # ----- # Specify the port on which your Zope installation # will listen: http-address = 8888 ############################################ But when I type : http://192.200.200.65:8888/manage (or Plone) in Firefox 3.0.4, I got a connection error, I'm a french canadian and my browser is in freach (Firefox ne peut établir de connexion avec le serveur à l'adresse 192.200.200.65:8888.)
