I'm trying to understand the point of this post. It feels like FUD,
especially the bit about deactivating CacheSetup in other sites --
even though they aren't exhibiting this issue (umm... why?)
Naturally I would like to help resolve problems anyone might be having
with CacheSetup but there is not enough information here to determine
if CacheSetup is truly the culprit, let alone any guidance on how to
reproduce this issue.
As far as I know, no one else is experiencing this issue so your
problem is rather more likely something wrong with these installations
than something wrong with CacheSetup.
