Hi, I've come across the same issues with the Plone Controller on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise (x86) as the other people in this thread. In my case, though, the 'Status' never updates but stays as unknown and I get these errors in the console if I start the controller-script.py manually: http://duffyd.pastebin.com/ZwxM5xUV
Also the Zope service never registered in the Services control panel and yes I did check the checkbox when I installed the software. Any ideas how to resolve these issues?
