I've recently done a new Windows install of Plone 4.0 and was trying to move my Data.fs over from my previous 3.3.5 install. When i try to access ZMI i get a CMFPlone.AccessRule module is not found.
i was pointed to this link, but i don't understand how one "deletes" the siteroot. Most importantly, from where does one delete the site root? Is there another way to ensure that i'm not using any access rules? http://plone.org/documentation/faq/multiple-sites-installers this aside, i've gone into ZMI and checked that every object on the left hand panel, including the root, had no access rules set. So i'm kinda confused as to why this might be popping up.
