Protecting the configlets
After installing the product, you can do this manually going to the ZMI →
site root → portal_controlpanel and use the appropiate configlet's
Permission dropdown.

And changed LoginLockout in ZMI to have "Manage portal" as the permission
(it was set to none) - but you can still access the configlet view as a non
administrator user. I guess there is a permission control on this view - but
not sure which file is controlling this ?
