'conditionalcomment' was added to the registry in Plone 3.3 http://plone.org/products/plone/roadmap/232 So I expect the product to work on some but not all versions of Plone 3. If you are up to it you could try changing the respective profile to not include this attribute. Or better yet, upgrade to the most recent Plone 3.x (3.3.5) Raphael
