The specification is that I need to be able to do Plone context search inside MS Word and Excel files. I do not know what effect "shared-blob-dir" (either trur or false) will have on that. It of course depends on the "context search" product chosen also. If you know a good MS Word -and Excel search product please tell me so. Im interested in PDF search also. Also, do you know a way to import many MS Word -and Excel documents into Plone 4.0.4? I would be very happy to get a solutin on that. PS I tried to start a thread in order to seperate content from the db talk. Lastly, I read about zeo at http://www.zope.org/Documentation/Books/ZopeBook/2_6Edition/ZEO.stx and ZEO is the primary object database. It makes no sense talking about an external relational database when using ZEO. Is that correct understood? When using the Standalone solution is it possible to make more Plone sites (instances) sharing the same database? Again, thanks for your answer.
