1-Record part
What's the 1st record you bought? Whitesnake- S/T (Although I had an
extensive country 8-track collection inherited from my dad before this.)
When did you buy it? 1986
Do you still own it? No.
What's the last record you bought? Big Lebowski Soundtrack
When did you buy it? Last week.
How was your musical evolution from 1st Rec to the last one? I started
narrowly with pop and glam (I used to think Poison were the best thing to
happen to music.), but gradually expanded my horizons through rap, metal,
industrial and alternative to the point where it's now just whatever I
think is good.
Did you have any period you're now ashamed of during this evolution?
Not Really (Maybe my week of Vanilla Ice enjoyment)
2-Live part
First gig you've been to and when? Pearl Jam, Summerfest, 1995
Last gig you've been to and when? Shellac, The Rave, 1998
Best gig you've been to and when? Jesus Lizard, The Rave, 1997
Worst gig you've been to and when? Limp Bizkit and Korn, 1997 However
the reason I went was Helmet and they had an amazing set in between the
previously mentioned crap.
Most exhausting gig you've been to and when? Helmet, Summerfest, 1997. I
spent most of the show at the front of the pit trying keep my girlfriend
from getting killed.
Most crowded gig you've been to and when? Metallica, Lolapalooza
Less crowded gig you've been to and when? Haven't been to many that
weren't pretty full.
Most crazy stuff you did or/and that happened to you during a gig and
when? Well, the JL show was pretty crazy, but I was pretty drunk and
can't be held responsible for those memories.
