This patch is needed for a newly branched version of OVS 2.5.90 which
implements an updated version of NSH (Network Service Headers). Yi yang
from Intel implemented the OVS changes and also created patches for each
of the affected projects (Openflow, SFC, Netvirt, GBP). The Openflow
plugin API changes are due to OVS API changes related to NSH.
Yi Yang also created patches for the SFC, Netvirt, and GBO projects to
use the changes in the Openflow plugin API. I built a custom distro with
the below patches and deployed it in OPNFV, and tested it worked there.
Upon success, Sam Hague (Netvirt) and myself (SFC) +1'd the Openflow
plugin patch. We didnt test GBP in OPNFV, but I am working with them now
to test it in a GBP-SFC demo.
