Hi Paulo, Thanks for your interest in the SFC Project. You can try the demo with docker or Openstack. You will need to install OVS with NSH enabled to do so. Please let us know the exact demo scenario that your are targetting, so that We can help out with the configurations.
To start with Openstack, You can refer to this job in ODL Jenkins job log of test - [0], this test uses only one chain. But, we feel you can test two chains. Please let us know if you are interested with this deployment. We can provide more details to help out.
