Hi Thomas,

I can't say precisely what's happening here. You may try the following
though, it could narrow down the problem or help us to fix this:
 - Disable your patch and try again
 - Change codecs order in the GUI
 - Use wireshark to capture the SIP and the RTP packets
 - Start /usr/lib/sflphone/sflphoned in a terminal, then the client, and
send us the daemon debug messages
