Hi Sun,New buttons should appear when you are dialing or calling someone, as the toolbar is updated on new events. Thus, when SFLphone is idle, the only available action is dialing a number. When calling, the toolbar is updated to show others actions like hanging up, holding on and recording.
Does it fix your problem?
