Hi, It may be related to your SIP provider settings, more than SFLphone itself. The first thing to check is if your account is registered in Edit > Accounts. Then, some SIP providers (callcentric or link2voip for instance) do not support 10-digit numbers, so you may have to dial 1 before the number.
