Hi,
I've upgraded to (X)Ubuntu 12.04 (from 11.10) and now my SFLphone
refuses to start:
Unable to initialize.
Make sure the daemon is running.
Error: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
The same problem was discussed here [1], but the solution was to remove
all config files in $HOME, which _did not worked_ in my case:
rm -fr .config/sflphone \
.cache/sflphone \
.cache/sflphone/sfl.pid \
.local/share/sflphone \
.gconf/apps/sflphone-client-gnome
No sflphone process was running. After starting sflphone again, the
error still remains.
This problem occured on two different machines.
My Environment:
sflphone-client-gnome 1.0.2~ppa1~precise
sflphone-common 1.0.2~ppa1~precise
$ uname -a
Linux tobimobile 3.2.0-24-generic #37-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 25 08:43:52 UTC
2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
