According to CallCentric the SIP BYE packets are never getting there despite SFLphone sending several of them, so I need to investigate where they are disappearing. I can capture packets on both the LAN and WAN side of my FVS338 router and will inspect them with wireshark after doing so. If I see the SIP BYE packets on the WAN side then I know that something is happening on the Comcast side of my internet connection. If they are gone on the WAN side I will check the LAN side. If the LAN side shows them then the FVS338 is eating them. If they are on neither then the WNR1000v2 is eating them. If either router is the culprit I will be contacting Netgear.
