Hi Jan, thank you for your answer. I am not talking about the gnome popup but about the main sflphone screen. In the sflphone main screen, as well as in the sflphone calling list, it is shown only the phone numbers without any text. If I use twinkle for example, I can see a string like P. Name <sip:0123456789@192.168.10.21> And I'm sure, that it has nothing to do with the twinkle adressbook, because it is empty. This string seems to be submitted by the asterisk server. Meanwhile I tried with different versions of sflphone as well. 1.0.2 which comes with ubuntu 12.04, 1.1.0 stable from the website and 1.1.0-nightly_build. All without success. The weird thing about this is, sflphone likely has to strip down the string received from the server to show it in the way it does. Perhaps this is what you're talking about?  It would be a very nice feature if it was also displayed in the popup though, then you wouldn't have to open the main screen to find out who's calling.  I have updated the original bug report accordingly. If you're not talking about the popup, but rather don't see the caller ID on the main screen, it would be interesting to know what string you're sending to the client exactly. On my research to this problem, I encountered that this was reportet as bug, one year ago, but it seem's to be fixed with Version 1.0.2 (https://projects.savoirfairelinux.com/issues/5703). I am using the actual stable Version 1.1.0. Maybe a mistake in my configuration? I would appreciate it if anybody could help me.
