Hi,

I am done rewriting the account dialog backend (it will stabilize over time,
but as of now there is much less issues with it, even if the new ones are a
little more visible). I have fixed the right click menus. What should work:
History:
-Call again
-Add contact: Create a contact using infos provided with the call (phone
number, name) (only if no contact is already assigned)
-Bookmark
-Email: send email using the preferred email with the XDG default application
(see xdg-email man page)
-Copy: copy the phone number to paste in the call view, copy as text for
IRC/Text editor, copy as HTML for LibreOffice/Web browser

Bookmark:
-Call again
-Remove bookmark
-Add contact (if none is already set)
-Copy (see above)

Contact:
-Edit: The "real" way to do it seem to fail, but I found a way that work, it
should be safe now
-Call again
-Copy
-Send email

About the "add contact", I am not so sure it is a good thing, SFLPhone is a
phone, not an address book. I only provide basic contact support because I have
to. Same for removing contacts. Tell me what you think about this.
