Voicemail configuration (i.e. to decide how many rings before an incoming call 
goes to the mailbox) is done
in your PBX configuration. So, if using Asterisk as a PBX, you could configure 
your voicemail options as described
here: http://www.asteriskguru.com/tutorials/asterisk_voicemail.html
This sort of configuration is beyond the scope of SFLphone since it is simply a 
SIP client.

SFLphone supports notifying you that you have voice mail and configuring the 
extension of your mailbox. In other words,
in your account options, you can specify the "Voicemail number" option to dial 
*100 if that's your voicemail extension. 
Subsequently, you'll see an envelope icon with a number indicating how many 
messages you have. If you click on the 
envelope, it will dial your mailbox extension.
