Hi, I'm on 1.2.1 using the gnome client on a Shoretel system. Ubuntu 12.04. I can call out and I can call extensions, but DTMF tones aren't heard either internally by the voicemail system or externally . I tried both SIP and RTP settings. Any thoughts? Suggestions? Could it be a codec issue? I'm going to try g722.
