Hi, I'm using SFLPhone as a soft-phone on a Shoretel system, and the voicemail/auto-attendant can't hear touch-tones. I think it may have to do with the codec. Can I install/use g.729 with SFLphone?
Second, I dial both extensions and phone #s. If I set the preferences to prefix the # with a 9, then I cannot dial extensions. If I don't set it to dial 9, then I cannot click to call incoming #s in my call history. Am I just doing something incorrectly?
