Hello,

The same thing goes for the KDE client. It require GCC 4.6 (aka, Ubuntu 12.04)
to compile. GCC 4.5 have many missing features. Unfortunately, backporting
these is equal to removing all the code that have been written since 2.5 year.
Ubuntu 11.04 Natty is end of lifed (EOLed). You are at risk of many severe
security vulnerabilities being exploited in the wild. My advice would be to
upgrade. Using EOLed softwares on an internet connected computer is highly
unrecommended. I know Ubuntu Natty was the last Gnome2 release and many people
keep using it for that, but note that Gnome2 is still available as "MATE
desktop". If you really, really want SFLPhone 1.2.0+ on 11.04, you can backport
newer version of GCC (>= 4.6) and a few other libraries, then fix some trivial
issues by hand or use a virtual machine / container. As for the DTMF bug, you
can backport the fix manually too, but this ain't a solution.

Emmanuel

Unfortunately I found that it would take considerable effort to backport
the GNOME client to Natty. Perhaps the KDE client might work?

Best,
