There is none at this time, however, we could implement an "auto-refuse"
mode fairly easily (as we already have an "auto-answer" mode). 

Also if you're using asterisk, you can dial *78 to turn on DnD mode, and *79
to turn it off, see:

The KDE client already supports dialing those extensions through its toolbar.
