Following a guide

to make Firefox handle callto links with SFLPhone I've run into a syntax
error at "6. Add callto handler".
> $ sudo echo "x-scheme-handler/callto=sflphone.desktop" >>
/usr/share/applications/defaults.list
> bash: syntax error near unexpected token `;&'

Does someone have an idea where the problem is and how to fix it?
It's a cool feature to just launch a call with a click on a phone number. I
suppose this is also interesting for many others to know.
Will appreciate a feedback.
