Since you aren't exposing any C++ interfaces, if you really need all of
these patches to build with Studio and it already builds with gcc/g++,
just use gcc/g++. As far as preprocessor, compiler and linker flags go,
you need to work under the maxum "*less is more*". This simply doesn't
need several of the flags you have selected.
