Unless there is a really compelling reason, you should be replacing the 
older version, not integrating another version.  If you do it right, 
it's not a completely different port either.  You do need to make sure 
that there are no license changes that would require you to file a new 
OSR and that there are no interface changes to interfaces that you might 
have committed to in your ARC case.  Regardless, you should probably 
file at lease SelfReview case, possibly a FastTrack with the ARCs 
letting them know that you are bumping the number.  If you haven't yet 
delivered the component, it's probably sufficient to send mail to your 
original case letting them know that you are bumping the version.
