Now that I am getting close to wrapping up the updated vim/gvim
packages, I figured it would be a shame to let all this knowledge of
ARC and the package integration process go to waste. So I have been
looking for additional packages to integrate.

I have identified four packages that I use regularly that I would be
fairly straightforward for me to maintain and build. (There are more
that I use on a daily basis, but I figured I'd start with a small list
and see if anything catches people's interest.)

- Gentoo keychain http://agriffis.n01se.net/keychain/ - Keychain is a
script that provides some automation around the task of sharing a
long-running ssh-agent between processes. (I love this tool)
- haproxy http://haproxy.1wt.eu/ High performance tcp/http
loadbalancer (This works very well, and is probably the highest
performing open source load balancer out there).
- autossh - http://www.harding.motd.ca/autossh/ - Automatically
restart SSH sessions and tunnels (Basically allows you to setup
persistent ssh port forwarding tunnels)
- dnsmasq http://www.thekelleys.org.uk/dnsmasq/doc.html - Dnsmasq is a
lightweight, easy to configure DNS forwarder and DHCP server. It is
designed to provide DNS and, optionally, DHCP, to a small network. (We
use this for lightweight caching name servers)

If there is serious interest in any of these packages being
integrated, I will acquire a sponsor, and start working on webrevs.

Feel free to ask about any of the above packages.

Cheers,
Brian
