Yes, the database group at Sun has been delivering Berkeley DB
for a while - they've had several cases for it at LSARC that you
should be able to find in the search on sac.sfbay (internal to
Sun). If they're not already shipping the version you need, you
need to work with them to do that, since they're the ones who best
know the restrictions on using Berkeley DB that Sun has to follow.
