The changes are mostly bug fixes and additional functionality.
A number of macros have been marked obsolete, but not
removed.  I have attached the section of the NEWS file
covering the period since the previous version (2.59).

Yes - /usr/sfw symlinks will be included and should have been listed.
I propose only included compatibility links for the executables
and not for the manpages and infofiles.  This is consistent with other
packages which have links from /usr/sfw to /usr, such as flex,
ImageMagick and psutils.  The additional interfaces are:

        /usr/sfw/bin/ifnames                    Uncommitted     Sym link
        /usr/sfw/bin/autoconf                   Uncommitted     Sym link
        /usr/sfw/bin/autoheader                 Uncommitted     Sym link
        /usr/sfw/bin/autom4te                   Uncommitted     Sym link
        /usr/sfw/bin/autoreconf                 Uncommitted     Sym link
        /usr/sfw/bin/autoscan                   Uncommitted     Sym link
        /usr/sfw/bin/autoupdate                 Uncommitted     Sym link
