I found that my build machine is not up-to-date for sfw package building, there are some tools need to be upgraded after build 104. I am not sure what are they, but I can build it successfuly on one build server provided by sfw team. I think that should not be a porblem, just need to upgrade the build server. I will see what will be happened on my sparc build server, I hope everything would be fine.
