As requested in the code review, I added a few lines to the Targetdirs
file. When I ran the nightly build for my workspace, I get this:

==== Build errors (non-DEBUG) ====

dmake: Warning: Too many rules defined for target
/export/build/blu/ntpv4/sfwnv-clone/proto/root_i386/usr/share/doc

and

==== Nightly build noise ====

chdir: No such file or directory

I have no idea what the problem with the chdir is, since it doesn't
appear in the nightly log except in the noise section, just as it
appears here. All of the /usr/share/doc directories seem to have been
made though. Any suggestions on how to get rid of these?
