The dependency wasn't added by the build system but by Mike who isn't a
build system although he's probably done more builds than anyone I
know. :-)

The issue is the dependency appears to be real - the only way of
addressing this at the moment would be to package the module
separately, I suppose similar to what the Apache packages do.

By the way, when these SVR4 packages are imported into the IPS for
OpenSolaris, the dependency is also detected there so breaking this out
into its own package will fix it there as well.
