The LSARC Case for QT4 was approved on 09/01/2008 [ LSARC/2008/550 ].

Several components from QT4 [ WebKit + some specific subcomponents of others ]
do not compile with libCstd.so, and QT4 needs the Apache Standard C++ Library.

The PSARC Case for the Apache Standard C++ Library is not yet approved.
