Norm made the wiki space so I guess he has got admin rights. If it does
not work for you, it means that Norm had to grant me access, since for
me it worked out of the box. I would like to have the wiki opened for
logged people.
I'm afraid, I can't help you now, and Norm is supposed to be back in
week :(
