That's fine, albeit somewhat non-standard, I think.

Please describe the changes you're making in a mail sent to the case (to
lsarc-ext with the case number in the subject of the email).  You can
mention in the mail that the materials will be updated, and I'll copy your
new fasttrack text in place.
