The source packages in sfw were removed in one wad long ago.
So you should not have to remove SUNWgm4S as it's already gone.
At least in nevada, which is where that policy applies. So
I am confused as I don't know why you think you need to
remove something that is gone :)

Unless you are confused by the existance of usr/src/pkgdefs/SUNWgm4S
in the gate. That's an artifact of teamware not deleting directories
when it renames/deletes files though, it's not really there. Otherwise
I am at a loss.
