Can someone codereview the fixes for the following bugs:
6702544 pycups build looks for installed CUPS instead of proto area
6702756 SUNWimagick depend file issue with snv_89
The short version of this is that my integration of pycups has the
pycups build using the installed version of CUPS instead of the one in
the proto area. Also, the lcms integration introduced a dependency that
needed to be added to the ImageMagick packaging.
