Since the gate still seems to build for me (though I haven't resynced in
a few days), you might try stripping your environment before you build.
% env - /ws/onnv-tools/onbld/bin/nightly sfw-developer.sh
It could easily be something else, but it seems like more than half of
the build failures that I see mail about are environment related.
