After a couple of tries I figured it was ANT_HOME that was causing the installation to try to write into a non-writable directory. The Makefile.sfw for ant seems to be free from popular java variables, except for a place where ANT_HOME is used directly from the environment :-( So it builds fine now . . . thanks, -ps Mike.Sullivan at sun.com wrote: > >From sfwnv-discuss-bounces at opensolaris.org Mon Nov 5 21:26:50 2007 > > >> Has anyone run into this problem?
