[sfwnv-discuss] codereview SFW changes to move gdb from /usr/sfw to /usr

This is a code review request for a simple set of changes to
gdb, as a part of a project to move files in the SFW consolidation 
from /usr/sfw to /usr.

The relevant bugid and approved PSARC case are:
        6616980 gdb needs to move from /usr/sfw/bin to /usr/bin
        PSARC/2007/630 Move gdb from /usr/sfw/bin to /usr/bin
