The fix for
6890260 upgrade vim to latest patchset
brings us from 7.2.141 to 7.2.303, which is the latest as of a few days
ago. Here's the webrev:

If anyone has time over the next week to take a peek, I'd appreciate it.
There are only two substantive changes, and even they are ridiculously
simple.
