I did some engineering in theory and found out that revers proxy and SSGD Firewall Travesal does not work.
I would be happy if a  "standard" solution is know to anybody, so please post.
 
To split networks I have two solutions: rinet (http://www.boutell.com/rinetd/) and Sun Remote Access Gateway.
