I am not realy sure I understand what you mean:

Normally if you put two standalone SSGD into one array, each server itself has to be checked. So this is my first questions: Did your standalone server worked as expect? Login in, start applications and so ...

If this was the case, I am quite sure, that do don't have the same system time on both servers.
With about 15 seconds time different SSGD Array will fail in many parts.
